I tired getting in contact with support waiting on the phone for several hours today No answer

I ordere some products over two weeks ago. But I get no confirmation nothing...

But I can see that they have got the order through the payment method Klarna... where the order is marked. I even see pictures of what I ordered. But nothing is happening no updates for weeks and the contact details on the webpage is wrong...

Just a big mess. So I tired to call the mother company ...

And they don't even have a listed phonenumber. Other regions can't heöp me and my region don't answer

They never responded to email or complaint.I purchased this coffee machine 9 months ago and after 7 months of purchase, I started experiencing that the machine has issues with its water pump with hiccups.

The water pump was not working properly and I contacted the Breville service and opened a case.

They asked me to do an online review to test the machine and asked me to spend hours on de-escalating the machine on the phone while they saw the machine having issues.

Finally, they sent me a mailing label and asked me to send the machine back to them for repair.

After 1.5 months, I received the machine with exactly the same problem and the same issue. The machine also leaks water from underneath.

I am really disappointed and speechless that they did nothing to fix the machine.

I can't afford to lose the machine and the warranty is coming to an end soon.

I need a new machine ASAP. This is really disappointing and not acceptable.

My espresso machine leaks

Bought this lovely machine that came well reviewed, with a good brand, and features I wanted out of an espresso machine.

EVERY TIME I RUN THE ESPRESSO MACHINE I may as well empty a can of soda on the floor. The drip tray has holes in the top of the drip tray.

The machine wiggles and jiggles and water starts pouring out of the drip tray onto the counter outside the machine. At first I thought it was the steaming wand that was making water go everywhere.

The only thing reasonable about the cleaning is the time to change the water filter.

I have to empty the drip tray and add more coffee beans to the grinder up to two times per day. It's very very high maintenance and I wish it were disclosed that the machine would be like this.

Problems setting up new machine

I called customer service to troubleshoot an underpour issue that my new machine was having. What I received was a representative who wasn't really interested in hearing my entire problem.

From my end, I felt like I was being condescended to and that my issue was being dismissed. I was told that the sour coffee that I had just needed more water and that I had to deal with that problem. I would really like to enjoy my machine. I just want it to work well.

I would love to have a productive troubleshooting conversation with customer service to identify where my issue is originating from. I did my homework before I called customer service and completed everything necessary before I called. If I can't fix my issue, I will return my machine, but I really want it to work well and produce great coffee. I can't extract more than 1 oz from the machine.

Even when set on the maximum custom water setting, all that comes out is approximately 1 oz and the rest just gets dumped into the overflow reservoir.

I have gone from grind settings of 10 to 20 and all that comes out is an extremely sour shot of espresso. I have back flushed the machine and did all the troubleshooting before I called.

Hello, cust serv rep hung up without politely commenting that the item I won from an auction (BNIB), it was an expired and discontinued item, how would I even know? - it was at a silent auction that I won.

I was asking why and how to address the issues I was having (I'm a regular juicer) then I merely asked was there a discount %, GC, promo code I could be offered to purchased a new Breville juicer on my own? SHE SCHOOLED ME ON HOW IS THAT BREVILLE'S PROBLEM, HUNG UP ON ME WITH UTTER DISGUST & FRUSTRATION THAT I EVEN ASKED THAT SINCE I DIDN'T PURCHASE IT...BUT, LET IT BE KNOWN, SOMEBODY DID. Your company should have a recall on this item for malfunctioning on your website (the model is horrible - leaks, sprays AND YOUR CUST SERV REP CONFIRMED THAT TO ME DIRECTLY THAT'S WHY IT'S DISCONTINUED) and provide better guidance towards purchasing a new item for that inconvenience (if the person chooses) - makes a bit of sense? Instead, your appalled cust serv rep gets 'pissy' and hangs up.

(cust serv is not an easy position and disregarding or how one speaks to another/hanging up on them could be handled differently even when solutions can't be met) 'Somebody' bought this item (making Breville money), offering a malfunctioning/discontinued/old item ('whenever' the item is received - we all know how auctions work (bought in bulk, that manufacturer obtains $ then the next link 'auction site' makes $ and the 'donation' gets a skim $, most items are not 'new to the year') Cust serv rep providing a talkable conversation and checking what 'could' be handled for that individual ('whomever' it is) to come back (if they choose) and once again (making Breville money) purchase another WORKING item. I'm not insinuating every caller gets something for nothing - I'm not that person (not everybody gets a trophy - work for it), I personally, barely, ever call cust serv 800s on items - hence this outcome. I truly enjoy juicing and took a chance calling cust serv and was clearly stating to the cust serv rep especially AFTER finding out without my knowledge of this malfunctioning/discontinued/old item (which is making it to my recycling bin shortly) that I would love to purchase another one of your juicers on my own. On that note, she reschooled me again in a huff and hung up.

There's a sour distaste for BREVILLE and the co cust serv overall handling this. Appreciate your time for reaching out.

Problems setting up new machine and troubleshooting machine issue

It was an unproductive conversation with the representative. I explained the issue I had.

We began going through some troubleshooting steps. The call went in the wrong direction when the representative settled that the issue was that I needed to add more water via the custom water selection. I tried to explain that if I set a triple shot water setting and only get a little over 1 oz of extraction, there is an issue. I have adjusted the grind size to 19-20, which minimally gives more extraction but produces a highly sour shot.

I was told, "That's just the way it is." There was no place in the conversation to get into the fact that the remainder of the water was being pushed into the overflow reservoir. I have to empty a lot of water from the reservoir. I don't believe my machine is operating correctly. I do believe it is not getting to the 9-bar pressure to extract properly.

The pressure relief setting may be set too low, causing an under-extraction and pushing the water into the reservoir, causing the small shots. When the grind setting is set to the default of 15 or less, the yield is less than 1 oz. I would like to resolve the issue. I will make another call to customer service to try to resolve the issue.

If we can't identify a resolution, I will be returning my machine. I have used my exact machine and gotten excellent results. What I am experiencing with my particular machine is not consistent with what I have experienced in other machines. I am very unsatisfied with my machine's performance; ultimately, I cannot drink the coffee it produces.

I have done extensive research on troubleshooting my issue, multiple types of bean and grind settings to affect a different yield, and have had no success. At that point, I reached out to customer service.

I called customer service to troubleshoot the issue that I had with my new machine. The representative was nice enough but did not listen to the whole issue that I had.

I know representatives have to go through their processes for troubleshooting, But I did not get an opportunity to even explain the whole issue before I was being told that you just need to add more water to your expresso and there was nothing wrong with your machine. At that point I ended the call and said there was nothing else we could accomplish and said I will call and talk to someone else. The representative got tunnel vision on one thing that I said and there was no opportunity to have any further conversation about anything else.

Also, the underlying apathetic attitude was not appreciated. I will attempt to do one more call to address my issue with customer service or I will just return my machine.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Their online CS folks reached out and got me the part I needed and tookoff the shipping. However, having to go to this level to get any positive response from CS, is a huge negative in my opinion.

Unfortunately as I am NOT an expert on immersion blenders, i got one as a gift without the attachments. All I wanted was the whisk.
I ordered the whisk and then it won't fit into the product.
Why?
It need ANOTHER gearbox just for that and of course, the site does not state that you need the gearbox.
BREVILLE does not take returns.
I called to let them know that it was misleading to sell one part and not inform the consumer that it would require the gearbox.
The rude CS agent, when asked for some shipping waiver as I just spend the same 5 bucks for the whisk, refused to budge.
So if you need the whisk, you need the gearbox, for a total of $35 bucks.
The BELLA brand on AMAZON comes complete for $21.26 and has great reviews.
SO I can donate this piece of junk...and get a bella!

I purchased the excellent Precision Thermal Brewer a few years ago whilst living in the Philippines, recently, the thermal carafe lost its thermal abilities, and required a replacement.

I contacted Breville Philippines on two occasions, but never received any response at all. So, I searched for their head office and found that Asia is dealt with by Breville Hong Kong.

I contacted them accordingly and, as you might guess, nobody responded. I then searched for an email address at their Australian head office, but they do not provide any contact details.

So, I am left with only two very expensive courses of action: either get one from the USA and find someone to ship it to me, or do the same from the UK. This company is a shambles when it comes to customer support.

Toaster oven wont make toast

We bought the new super smart Revel toaster oven air fryer to replace our old toaster oven Breville because it was no longer toasting bread on both sides

This new air fryer toaster oven does the same thing it takes 10 minutes to toast one side of bread because you have to do it one side at a time
