Duplicate charges for parts ordered
I tried to get ahold of customer service, and the callback number they repeated is not my phone number. The call was disconnected without verifying if the callback number was correct. I've been charged multiple times for parts I ordered and can't get through to anyone to find out the status of my order and why I was charged multiple times for the parts I ordered.

Rubber deteriorating on hand mixer
I love the mixer but small pieces of the rubber coating on wisks is pealing off and going into whatever im mixing
Same thing happening with my daughters brezille hand mixer
She got rid of hers and bought another brand
my mixer works great but this is a big concern
why was the rubber put on there anyway?

Request for parts or repair
I purchased a Breville Fast and Furious blender in 2020. It was manufactured in 2018.
The blade mechanism started to fail occasionally. One day it stopped and the blender sounded like it was going to explode. It smelled of burning motor. I immediately turned it off.
I thought it was fried. I experimented by turning it on again with just water in the carafe. The motor still sounded stressed.
I discovered that the blade mechanism appeared to be frozen and would not spin easily. I removed the blades form the carafe with 2 different hex drivers and took it apart.
It appeared that the blade system was severely gunked up causing it to freeze up. I cleaned the parts until the blades spun freely and put it back together. I reattached it to the carafe. I gave it a test run with water and it worked perfectly.
It seems the motor was not fried and it no longer sounded like it would blow up. There was no smell of burned motor. Of course the 3 year warranty was expired. Why does Breville not recommend cleaning the blade system occasionally to prevent such incidents?
I love this blender and spent the extra money for it so that it would last longer.
I did not want to have to purchase another one at $200 or $150 at a sale price. As it is I hope that the motor will hold up from its 15 seconds of a severe abuse and I can get more mileage out of it.

This is my 3rd oven, never have had a problem, but this one does the gal was helpful and ran a diagnostic on it, and it was decided it has a problem, so they are sending me a new oven , that is good costumer relations!

Machine quit working
I believe the water pump stopped working. I tried to run a normal espresso cycle with the machine and it would not function.

I purchased my smart oven about 1.5 years ago. I've only used it maybe 20 times total for toast and bagels.
It lights up but won't start on any feature. I spent $300 for this, and when I called them, the lady was snapping off at me saying I purchased it in 2022. I did NOT. Our call was disconnected, and I didn't return the call because she was raising her voice at me and was rude.
I got an email saying I had a warranty, but it doesn't matter because this company is garbage, and so are their products.
I will never pay one more dollar to them. I will go elsewhere and not only save money but get something that lasts.

Missing tray
The Breville representative was amazing. She ordered me a brand new Breville and asked me to return the one that I have because the tray was not in. She then extended another offer to send me a cutting board that would sit on top of the bravo I was very pleased in every way.
