Breville - Update on complaint

I issued a complaint on my seemingly malfunctioning toaster oven. The problem was due to multiple short-circuited lines; not the oven. The oven is great! I like it very much.

Breville - Waiting on the phone forever

Breville in Santa Rosa, California - Terrible customer service!

After spending three times what a competitive food processor would cost, only to discover that you can’t wash it in the dishwasher, I have a warped lid. I’ve been waiting months for replacement, there is no projected delivery date and Breville is not responding to me, nor is the retailer – Sur la table. Avoid this company- this product wasn’t worth the premium I paid for it even before it broke!
