Breville - REPAIR PARTS

Breville no longer provide parts to secondary vendors.. SO IF YOU NEED A PART, YOU CANT FIX. Item has to be sent into BREVILLE for them to repair. Seem like very poor CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN REPAIR PARTS. Guess there business model is; WHEN PRODUCT FAILS THROW IT AWAY, BUY NEW

Breville - This company’s customer service is the WORST!!!!

I bought a hand mixer, and in the first 6 months, the beaters fell apart!!! It took me a month to get anyone on the phone! Now my whisks have fallen apart!!! They NEVER call you back when you leave a number, and as of right now, I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting on someone, ANYONE, to take my call!!!! This company SUCKS!!!!!!
