Breville - EO5 notice on my Brevile Oven
I left a message to return my call at the companies service line. It has been three days and no return call.
I've had it one year now realizing this was poor investment. The oven had been working properly and I've have used it for one year. If there is anyone who could give me assistance with this issue I would appreciate it since the company not responding. If there is a better quality product I would appreciate a referral.
I chose a convection oven over a microwave.
MIcrowaving food destroys nutrient content and after doing research the convection oven a far better option for me personally. It has worked wondefully up to this point especially for roasting green chilies and more.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
