I did not get connected to a living person at customer service and I waited and waited. Waited waited waited waited waited waited waited waited waited waited, and I waited waited waited, waited, and there was still no answer and I waited waited waited waited, waited, and there was still no answer and still no answer and I waited and theres no resolution and no assistance and no return call

Love the oven, but the customer service is horrible. Note that the company does not allow for Google reviews.

And, if you try to leave a review on their site, they will not allow you to make comments about their customer service, which makes sense since their customer service is the worst of the worst. It's a great product with a lot of options. However, my oven's display panel broke (no big deal, these things happen). I returned it under warranty.

It was then returned to me but was so poorly packaged that the front window panel shattered. It took literally 5 or 6 days for me to get help with the problem as no one answers at customer service, so they say they'll call back, but if you aren't available for the call, you have to start over. Finally, someone reached out by email and then emails would go unanswered for days at a time. Then, I was required to go back to UPS with the completely broken unit (I had shown the photos, so they knew it was broken) a second time before they would ship my new unit.

And, I had to put a deposit down on the new unit even though I had already sent the broken unit back.

With that in mind, I don't recommend the product. It's not worth it, I wish I'd gone with a company that actually cares about their customers.

I got the Breville Bambino Plus for my wife for Christmas. In April, the machine stopped working.

I called Breville; they instructed me to send it to them for repairs. The frother was not working, and the machine wouldn't pull a shot. Yesterday, May 14, we received the machine and today, May 15, we tried to make lattes. The machine is doing the exact same thing I sent it in for.

We paid $500 for this machine, and to only have the ability to use it for four months is nonsense. Their customer service was terrible this last time. The longevity of their machine is terrible. They claim to be the best countertop appliances on the market.

I switched from Keurig, which lasted after 10 years of use, to Breville, which was supposed to be better. We had zero problems with my Keurig for 10 years. I'm four months into owning a Breville, and I've already sent it back one time. The machine is still not working at all.

There is no way they can call themselves the best.

It's absolutely disgusting that they allow their customers to go without coffee after paying so much for their product. Stay far away from Breville machines if you plan on using them daily, or you risk ending up with expensive, cheap pieces of junk.
