Breville Smart Oven
My oven was purchased from Williams Sonoma store at the Stanford Mall, Palo Alto, on May 16, 2015. Yesterday (January 30, 2017) the oven would not work.
I think the fuse blew up. So I called Breville twice leaving my phone number for them to call me back. But the company never bothered to contact me. It has been now two days.
All I want to say is that what I got was a cheap product and a cheap service. I got the message. Never again.
I am sure the repair and charges would make me even angrier. I hope through you I can get Breville to wake up and hire a more professional team.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
