Omg...ordered a toaster oven at 9:42am on a thursday. Checked on status of order friday afternoon...nothing ordered. Phoned them and was told with a giggle that it probably wouldnt be put through till monday! Checked account on monday and still no order. Phoned to cancel order...was on hold for 7 minutes to cancel order! Will stick with amazon...getting my oven in 2 days after ordering!!!
