Worst Customer Service Ever
User's recommendation: Never buy their products.
My Breville duo temp doesn't shut off after brewing. Water just keeps coming in a deluge.
I dont know what the *** is wrong with this new machine my old one shut off but still this one keeps going and it pumps all the water out and overfills the espresso cup. I called and talk to a guy that could barely speak English and he pretty much told me screw you thats the way it is you got to stand there in time and turn it off.
My old one turned itself off what the *** is the deal I dont want this one.
He told me my problem is with Amazon because I bought it from Amazon not from you call and talk to Amazon is exactly what he told me call Amazon. You cant get a hold of a person thats one recording after another they run you around in circles Ill never buy another Breville product if I live to be 200 years old counseling that if you dont wanna make this right, Im done with you and if I can get my money back out of Amazon for this, I will not buy another Breville product because of the way you guys treat your consumers .

Apparently, Breville, the people I wrote about saw the post called me and wanted to smooth things over by promising me a good price on the product that was in question and then followed up by saying they would also like to offer me two day delivery. Today I found out as of two days ago.
The order has not even been processed, even though I was told it had been, and there was no record of the promise offering me today UPS delivery in order to make me happy. I consider this a lie by omission when it turns out that a promised two day delivery could turn into a minimum of five days because of a three day to five day processing time .
I feel this is a lie and was certainly not the way to make me happy after having posted my earlier review of how I was treated. I still have reservations now especially after Breville as a company and tries they might they still manage to screw things up and not tell me the truth and honestly, even when the product a promise becomes whatever that happens to be, I refuse to recommend them to anyone and I stand by my earlier Review these people do the very minimum at best to make customers want to come back or make them happy with their purchase and this is from someone who owns several of their products and who has said the likelihood of ever buying another Breville product is virtually zero

I have a Breville Bambino Plus, BES500BSS.
The 1 Cup, 2 Cup, Steam, Milk Temp, and Milk Foam lights are all flashing. The unit needs to be unplugged to stop the 5 lights from flashing.
Every time the unit is plugged back in and the unit is turned on all lights flash (all 5 lights) at a one second interval and none of the buttons on the unit function. The unit does not function at all.
It cannot be cleaned, descaled and the steam wand is not blocked.
Again all 5 lights flash when the unit is turned on and the unit cannot be turned off unless unplugged.
Have not seen a solution to the problem on the internet, but have seen that a few more Breville Bambino Plus owners have had the same problem.
The unit is 2 years old.

I was never contacted after leaving this review. So I opened a new case and linked to this review.
I received a canned response asking me for model number, serial number etc even though way more info was provided in my account and all my previous cases. I doubt they...
I have provided very detailed info including part numbers needed. I have emailed, entered more cases, called and gotten into the queue. They don't call back. They say their support center is open until 4:30pm PT but they don't take calls.
Even if you call in the morning, all they will do is put you into the queue and never call you back. They don't respond to the cases in their system either. And they don't reply to emails. Yup, this company has effectively ghosted the customer.
I really don't understand how their service can be so awful.
The problem is, they are the only ones who carry certain wear parts for their machines. Now I am stuck.
- Cust service availability is abysmal
- Machine is great
- Impossible to order required parts
Preferred solution: I would like the parts I requested in my case. And I would like assurance that I can order parts in the future. Otherwise, I want a full refund and I will switch to another machine. It is not worth it.
